DropSync is a product of ChaseDex ("DropSync," "we," "us"). These Terms govern your use of the DropSync website (dropsync.chasedex.com), the DropSync browser extension, our Discord alerts, and related features (the "Service"). By installing the extension, creating an account, joining our Discord, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
You must be at least 18. The Service is for personal, non-commercial use by collectors. You may not use it on behalf of a reseller operation or in violation of these Terms.
DropSync provides a drop calendar, a browser extension that (in your own browser) opens product pages you choose and refreshes them at a time you set, and optional alerts. DropSync is human-in-the-loop. It does not:
Every purchase decision and checkout is performed by you, manually, subject to the retailer's own systems and terms. You set the drop time; DropSync refreshes at the time you provide — it does not detect when a drop goes live.
DropSync improves your chances of catching a drop at MSRP. It does not guarantee any outcome. Whether you can add to cart, clear a queue, or complete a purchase depends on factors outside our control — retailer inventory and systems, queues, anti-bot measures, network conditions, demand, and timing. The calendar and any community feed are informational only, may be inaccurate or delayed, and should not be relied upon.
You are responsible for reviewing and complying with the terms, purchase limits, and anti-scalper policies of every retailer you interact with. You may not use the Service to circumvent any retailer's bot protection, queue, or rate limits, or to operate a reselling enterprise.
Account risk. Refreshing a page during a drop is ordinary browser activity, and DropSync is built to keep it that way — human-in-the-loop, no auto-checkout, no circumvention, and reasonable refresh behavior — to minimize any risk to your retailer accounts. Even so, retailers control their own systems, and there is a small chance a retailer may flag, restrict, ban an account, or cancel an order during high-demand drops, for reasons inside or outside your control. You assume all such risk. We have taken reasonable steps on our end; we are not responsible for any retailer action against your account, and to the extent your own misuse or abuse of the Service — for example excessive refreshing, evading purchase limits, using it beyond personal use, automating it, or attempting to circumvent a retailer's controls — contributes to that action, it is solely your responsibility.
DropSync is independent. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with Walmart, Target, Best Buy, GameStop, Pokémon Center, The Pokémon Company, Nintendo, or any retailer or rights holder, and we are not the seller of any product. Trademarks are used only for identification.
The extension runs in your browser and reads limited information from product pages you choose (URL, product identifiers, price, availability) to time refreshes and detect a buy button. It does not read your retailer passwords or payment details and does not complete purchases. You may pause, disable, or uninstall it at any time. Your use of Chrome is governed by Google's terms.
What you're paying for. Your subscription buys access to the DropSync tools — not any product, drop, or outcome. Not landing a product, missing or losing a drop, an item selling out, a retailer cancelling your order, or "I didn't win" are not grounds for a refund. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable, and we don't provide refunds or credits for partial periods. We may change pricing prospectively with notice, applied at your next renewal. You're responsible for applicable taxes.
Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how we use it. By using the Service you agree to it.
You agree not to: violate any retailer's terms or limits; circumvent bot protections, queues, or rate limits; automate checkout; resell access to the Service; reverse engineer or make automated/bulk requests to our systems beyond normal personal use; submit false or abusive content; or use the Service unlawfully.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT DROP DATA WILL BE ACCURATE OR TIMELY.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DROPSYNC AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS OR MISSED PURCHASES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) US $100.
You will indemnify and hold harmless DropSync and its affiliates from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your interactions with retailers, or your violation of these Terms or any retailer's terms or applicable law.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access at any time, including for violations or suspected abuse. You may stop using the Service and cancel at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive (including 3–5 and 10–12) survive termination.
We may modify or discontinue features, and may update these Terms. For material changes we'll provide reasonable notice (such as posting updated Terms with a new effective date). Continued use after changes take effect is acceptance.
These Terms are governed by applicable U.S. federal law and the laws of the state in which ChaseDex is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. To the extent permitted by law, you and DropSync agree that disputes will be resolved on an individual basis and not as a class action.
